Pr. Justin Ngoya, Ph.D.

Since 2010, Prof. Justin Ngoya, Ph.D., has been teaching at the graduate level at the Faculty of Education at the University of Montreal in Canada.
He is also a consultant in education sciences and expert in skills approach (APC). Her research interests include motivational teaching strategies to meet the expectations of today’s students; the integration of ICT in education; active pedagogy; educational engineering; assessment of learning by skills; etc. He has participated in several international conferences / symposia / congresses and his doctoral dissertation at the University of Montreal, focuses on: << the study of the relations between the professional development of post-secondary teachers and their psychological well-being at work >>

First as a pedagogical coordinator and then as an educational advisor, he also realized several educational projects in Africa and Canada.
On the academic level, he holds a DESS in Information and Communication Technology (ICT); a graduate degree in post-secondary education; an MBA in project management; a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences and a Ph.D. in Education Sciences.
